Remobilization courses: “being an actor in your life”
Finding the motivation and the pleasure of confronting the “challenge”: entering the world of work. The Théâtre des Migrateurs runs remobilization courses (4-week modules per year) with adults in social and professional reintegration, in partnership with the CLIs (local integration commission) in Drôme. Eva Hanke relies on the working techniques of the actor to achieve the objectives of these courses:
GOALS :
– Increase the communication skills of the person
– Develop speaking skills
– Develop their self-assessment skills, allow them to regain confidence in their skills and in their ability to expand them
– Provoke contacts,
– Trigger and encourage hidden motivations,
– Make the person discover the importance of their personal commitment
– Put momentum into the development of your personal project
– Bring women to be able to find their place in a given social and/or professional environment.
All stages of this action are punctuated by theatrical scenes which are the dramatization of the situations of the trainees in the middle of the job search. All exercises are interactive, dynamic and fun. Laughter is a permanent and effective accomplice.

Adults, men and women, in vulnerable situations, identified by social workers and Local Missions
The synthesis of these 4 weeks is the writing and staging of a theatrical performance.
Actions CUCS 2013 “Sweet and savory secrets”
Support group project based on bilingualism as part of the Urban Contract for Social Cohesion Bi-monthly workshops with women (and men) from the Pracomtal district (Montélimar 26)
GOALS :
– Facilitate the exchange and sharing of words of a distant and isolated public. – Promote communication and the integration of people from elsewhere by respecting and highlighting the cultural and linguistic riches of the country of origin and the host country – Exercise of Movements and breathing, Pronunciation games – Develop the curiosity, getting out of everyday and usual subjects to open up to novelty, creativity, and difference. – Share emotions, ideas, stories with others outside the family setting – Enjoy saying French words, expressing yourself with your body, singing, moving to tell a story written by the group. – Collective creation of a play “The little girl and the orange cat” .
Actions CUCS/FLE 2014 “Our Stories from here and elsewhere”
CONCERNED PUBLIC
– Residents of priority neighborhoods: Montélimar – Pracomtal
– Users of the Colucci Social Center , the Marcel-Pagnol association and children from the FLE association “Facilitate Language for Children! »
– Adults and children in the course of literacy and acquisition of the French language
Creation of two amateur theater shows: one with adults, one with children.
The participants are always positioned as authors and actors and participate in all the development of the creation:
– Writing a fiction from true and lived stories, staging, rehearsals, songs in French, while integrating words and expressions in their original language.
Performances take place in the cultural space of the Carmelites, during intergenerational events and open to the general public.

– Better living together, the fight against discrimination and the creation of social ties are the values that drive the action “Our stories from here and elsewhere”, because it offers a moment of expression and escape through theatrical creation.
– The valorization of new skills (speaking, artistic creativity) offers the possibility of new attitudes and behaviors and opens the relations between users, animators, associations (confidence in oneself and towards others, respect, solidarity)

Curtain up on planet 2010
“To take a new look at its environment, learn to protect it and enhance it” By carrying out actions to raise awareness of respect for the environment through artistic expression in the schools of the territory, the Théâtre des Migrateurs has carried out an original project and ambitious. The action began in January 2010 with artistic expression workshops (plastic arts, mime, theatre, poetic writing) and visits to local sites (Montélimar –Sésame, Pays de Marsanne and Pays de Dieulefit) . More than 300 children expressed themselves on the theme of the four elements and their relationship to the planet.The project resulted in four fun and festive days with entertainment and information stands and the presentation of the ” Bouff’Terre ” show. This project was supported by public institutions and other private partners…
Curtain up on the tree 2011
“We only protect well what we know and love.” ” Raise the curtain on the tree “ is the second eco-artistic project for the Montilian company, it is a meeting between environmental awareness and artistic expression. After the theme of the 4 elements, the participants dealt with the theme of the tree in its different facets (the tree as noble material, the tree as a place of life, the tree as a living being similar to man… ) and spoke about their relationship to the tree, through writing, plastic arts, dance, music workshops…. The Theater of Migrantsaccompanies the participants in their creative process, federates the results by organizing exhibitions and cultural events for the whole family on the Drôme territory. These fun and cultural mini-events will be offered throughout the year to present to the public the works produced by participants of all ages as well as works by local professional artists (visual artists, actors, musicians, etc.) . These events are also moments of information and awareness of tree protection.
